3) At Home Area Managers
You’ll be supervising a group of Team Managers in this position. Just like the Team Managers provide performance and development feedback, you’ll do the same with your Team Managers via meetings and coaching sessions.

Yes, you will be paid for training, which typically lasts between five to seven weeks. This training is delivered virtually in an online class-room setting with a trainer and other students.

- Wait patiently to be contacted.
- Once contacted, you’ll have a phone interview, which is sometimes followed by a second interview via webcamera.
