In a consumer driven society, businesses need customer support professionals for billing, technical support, sales, retention, telemarketing, and more. Since there are close to 600 million people in North America who buy and subscribe to products and services, the need for telephone and chat agents is driven higher everyday.
Now call centers are moving towards a work at home model since it’s more cost efficient and sustainable for their business, which leaves us with 1000s of opportunities to work remotely answering in-bound calls, making calls, or helping customers via chat and e-mail.
This list will grow as I find more companies that hire support agents. You will find your typical call center jobs, telemarketing, chat & e-mail jobs, support roles at tech start-ups and even virtual assistant positions.
